Ukkohalla is a Sport & Relax holiday destination with many possibilities in the middle of clean and diverse nature. The year-round tourist village of Ukkohalla is located on the shores of Lake Syväjärvi. We enjoy snow-sure ski slopes, cable wakeboarding, husky and reindeer safaris, mountain biking and hiking trails, and many of Saunamaailma's benches. Finland's first and the world's northernmost Cable Wakeboard Centre is in Ukkohalla! The short and flexible wakeboard board, the tow rope connected to a high towing device and the relaxed towing speed of the track enable the first introduction to the sport. The Ukkohalla Cable wakeboard track is perfect for both beginners and experienced visitors, regardless of age or skill level. Our staff will guide you “hand in hand” to the basics of the sport and all the way to the jumpers!
